Returns

You may return most unused, unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at chillpaws.us@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
